Chalet Walser is a charming alpine-style retreat with a contemporary soul, born from the restoration of a 19th-century hayloft. Nestled in a quiet, panoramic location, the property offers 800 sqm of private lawn, 700 sqm of private forest, and a furnished patio to enjoy the outdoors from breakfast to dinner.

Located just minutes from Alagna Valsesia (15 min) and Scopello (6 km), on the Piedmont side of the Monterosa Ski area, the chalet is perfect in every season. This is a wild, authentic valley, rich in Walser traditions, local flavors (toma cheese, moccetta), and breathtaking landscapes.

In winter, ski lovers can enjoy the Monterosa Ski area, starting from Alagna Valsesia (15 min), directly connected to Gressoney and Champoluc.
In summer, guests can go hiking, rafting, diving in the Sesia river, or explore nearby Alpine villages.

The chalet is fully immersed in nature, in a quiet and panoramic position at the end of a country road, yet easily reachable by car year-round (snow clearing service in winter). The setting guarantees total privacy and direct access to the forest, river, and hiking trails.

The house is on the ground floor of a two-family villa, with a private entrance and private garage. Ideal for families, couples, and nature lovers, it’s also perfect for a romantic getaway. Pets are welcome.

A 200 m dirt road leads to the private garage and the garden.
The800 sqm lawn is perfect for relaxing among birch trees, while the private forest behind the house offers wild berries and mushrooms in summer. The furnished patio features a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue for open-air meals.

Where you’ll be

Chalet Walser is located in Quare, a small hamlet of Campertogno, in the heart of Valsesia (eastern Piedmont), at the foot of Monte Rosa. You can get there by driving along the SP82 provincial road, then taking a well-maintained 200-meter gravel road that leads into the property, right up to the garage and private parking area next to the chalet’s entrance door
